This subject includes General Pathology (deals with general principles of the disease), Clinical Pathology & Systemic Pathology (includes study of diseases pertaining to specific organs & body systems). Practical classes include urine examination, hematology examinations and interpretation of lab reports.
Department of Microbiology, is loacted on the 2nd floor, A- Block of KSD with a sufficient area embraced with comfortable seating and ventilation. The department is sufficiently staffed and adequately equipped with instruments, A.C lecture hall, department library, diagnostic division, and modern teaching aids. The faculty members are highly qualified and experienced in teaching and in conducting high-end research. It includes study of Bacteriology (Study of bacteria), Virology (Study of viruses), Mycology (Study of fungi) and Parasitology (Study of parasites and helminths).
